7TM Pharma collaborates with Prof. Helen Cox for assessment of the ex vivo efficacy of the Y receptor agonists in human tissue. Prof. Cox has been engaged in work on the Y receptor system for 25 years and has a scientific track record in GI tract cellular function. The access to human tissue is a unique opportunity and asset for 7TM Pharma’s efficacy studies.

Annette Beck-Sickinger, chairman and professor of biochemistry, has extensive experience in structure/function studies and Y peptide synthesis. 7TM Pharma collaborate with Annette Beck-Sickinger on optimizing Y-peptides for improved pharmacological and pharmaceutical properties.
